About the Role

As a West Coast Sales Representative, you’ll take the lead in driving ingredient sales across the Asia-Pacific market, representing a breakthrough sodium-reduction solution. This is a high-impact, outside sales role focused on opening doors with major food manufacturers and influencing formulation decisions at the R&D level. With a strong base salary, stock options, and the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, this role offers both autonomy and long-term career potential.

Responsibilities

· Build and manage relationships with food manufacturers and food service companies in the Asia-Pacific region.

· Represent a scientifically backed ingredient to R&D departments and procurement teams.

· Navigate long sales cycles and manage complex deals.

· Report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy.

· Travel to meet with clients, attend meetings, and maintain relationships.

Qualifications

· Experience selling ingredients or food technology into the Asia-Pacific market.

· Background in formulation or reformulation, or experience selling to R&D teams.

· Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to drive large, complex deals.

· Comfortable with consultative selling and long sales cycles.

· Based in California, with a preference for candidates in Los Angeles.
