About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to drive their sales strategy and revenue growth in the U.S. market. As the VP of Sales, candidate will be responsible for understanding their journey and developing a comprehensive sales roadmap for their team

Key Responsibilities

· Execute on sales strategy for your team that aligns with vision and long­ term goals.

· Lead and coach a diverse sales team, ensuring accountability, consistent team performance, and driving revenue.

· Implement and execute strategies for deal reviews, optimizing sales cycles, and managing the pipeline effectively.

· Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the market, products, and competitive landscape.

· Ensure the sales team is well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools.

· Deliver on team and company revenue growth goals and targets.

· Manage, optimize, train, and develop a team to ensure sales process adherence to close deals efficiently.

· Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

· Work closely with marketing, product, sales enablement, and other internal teams to support sales efforts and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

· Proven track record in Saas software sales.

· Previous experience in a vertical market preferred.

· Strong experience in managing sales teams.

· Demonstrable previous sales team success through the ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.

· Ability to drive effective sales cycles and close deals.

· Experience with multi-line products and portfolio offerings. Ability to articulate and sell diverse value propositions to different market segments (e.g., SMB, mid-market).

· Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to execute comprehensive sales strategies.

· Hospitality/hotel operation experience preferred.
