As the Vice President of Sales, your role extends beyond leading and inspiring high-performing sales teams. A critical aspect of your responsibility will be to work hand in hand with the marketing and operations teams. This collaboration is not just a facet of the role; it's a cornerstone of our client's strategy to propel customers to unprecedented heights. The synergy between sales, marketing, and operations will be a recipe for success, creating a unified front that is essential in achieving ambitious company goals. Your ability to foster this interdepartmental partnership will be crucial in driving revenue growth, achieving financial objectives, and setting new standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors the performance of sales teams and/or branches and re-allocates resources (sales managers) to achieve budgeted sales goals on a yearly and monthly basis.
  • Provide clear direction to the sales team including, sales directors, sales managers, call center operations, and operational support managers with an emphasis on improving systems, scripts, and development of team members.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a high level of ownership to the growth and profitability of the business utilizing successful sales best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team in creating and executing the leadership development plan for all sales department employees.
  • Provide direction in developing/improving reporting from the company CRM to increase accountability and insight into key sales metrics.
  • Oversee goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in route-based home services.
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and coach large multi-tiered teams.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership as well as the branch level.
  • Strategic mindset, energetic, tactical, entrepreneurial, innovative, gritty, core financial acumen.
  • Located in or open to relocate to Tampa, FL.
