About the Role

The VP of Commercial Sales will lead the charge in refining and executing the commercial go-to-market strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and expanding relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and strategic auto partners. This is a transformational leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, improving commercial performance, and positioning the company as the premier partner in the space.

Responsibilities

· Define and execute the commercial sales strategy across key financial and auto-lending sectors.

· Expand market presence through strategic partnerships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 lenders, captive lenders, and large dealer groups.

· Align product, pricing, and GTM strategy to evolving customer needs and market trends.

· Build scalable sales processes and data-driven performance metrics.

· Lead a transformation from a service-based to revenue-focused sales organization.

· Negotiate and close complex, high-value commercial deals.

· Oversee sales performance, forecasting, pipeline health, and CRM adoption.

· Continuously optimize the sales structure, tools, and cadence to support scale and agility.

Qualifications

· 15+ years of commercial sales leadership, ideally in financial services, auto finance, or fintech.

· Proven ability to scale revenue and teams through strategic sales transformation.

· Experience structuring complex financial deals, managing long sales cycles, and closing with executive stakeholders.

· Strong existing relationships in the lending and automotive partnership space are a major asset.

· Deep understanding of sales operations, team design, and compensation planning.

· Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
