About the Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding and strengthening the company's network of retail partners in the Dallas, TX area. You’ll drive sales through in-person B2B prospecting, relationship building, and territory management, helping retailers offer essential financial services to their customers.

This role is perfect for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in an independent, field-based role and enjoys growing revenue through direct outreach and business development strategies.

Responsibilities

· Identify and sign new retail partners through in-person prospecting and consultative sales.

· Promote the company’s suite of financial products, including wire transfers, bill payments, and check cashing services.

· Maintain and grow existing agent relationships, ensuring high engagement and transaction volume.

· Utilize internal sales tools to track performance, identify market opportunities, and optimize revenue potential.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including inside sales and marketing, to maximize product adoption.

· Meet and exceed key performance targets, including sales activity, revenue goals, and territory expansion.

Qualifications

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

· 2-6 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in territory growth and quota achievement.

· 2-6 years of outside sales experience, preferably selling to retailers or small businesses.

· Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners.

· Must have a personal vehicle and valid car insurance. (Monthly car allowance + gas reimbursement provided.)

· Ability to travel locally 4-4.5 days per week within the assigned territory.
