Our client is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager with a proven track record in chemical sales and business development. This position focuses on managing and expanding a client portfolio, delivering innovative chemical solutions, and driving revenue growth within the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
Responsibilities
· Manage and grow the assigned territory through strategic account planning and new client acquisition.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Present and sell chemical products to a variety of industries, meeting specific customer needs.
· Identify market trends and opportunities to increase the company's market share.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer service.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· 4+ years of proven Chemical sales experience (ideal is 7 YOE).
· 4+ years of business development experience (must be a hunter).
· Previous experience managing and growing existing accounts with YOY growth.
· Must live in proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth. In-office required occasionally.
· Ability to travel 24-40% of the time
