About the Role
They are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their team and drive growth in the Western Ohio territory.
Key Responsibilities
· Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory to expand the company’s client base.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Leverage technical expertise to recommend tailored solutions to customers’ needs.
· Visit client sites regularly (25-50%+ travel) to strengthen relationships and understand customer challenges.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Demonstrated experience in technical sales through work experience or a degree in mechanical engineering.
· Must be located in Western Ohio with access to specified territory.
· Ability to manage and grow a sales territory, ideally within Western Ohio or similar regions.
· Must be comfortable travelling region for client-facing/business development purposes 25-50%+ of the time.
