About the Hiring Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer of specialty workwear and PPE.
About the Role
The Territory Manager is responsible for sales in the Province of Ontario for our client’s product offerings by the North American sales team. The Territory Manager reports to the President and Vice President of the Company.
Responsibilities:
· Servicing of existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts.
· Attendance at regional &/or national trade shows.
· Inform management and sales team on the status of activities in territory.
· Management of Territory Sales & Goals.
· Planning and controlling of budgetary items within the territory.
· Attendance at periodic sales meetings (3-4 per year).
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Multiple years of professional experience in sales
· Hands-on experience over the entire business cycle of winning, implementing, and managing a client
· Experience in energy markets as well as an understanding of Apparel & Fashion is desirable but not essential
· Proven success in your ability to engage customers at both technical and commercial levels of discussion at multiple levels in an organization
· Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
· Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
