About the Role

The Territory Account Manager is a field-based sales role responsible for developing and managing retail accounts in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. This position involves a mix of new business hunting and account management, requiring regular in-person visits to retail locations. The ideal candidate is high-energy, self-motivated, and eager to drive growth in a fast-evolving market.

Responsibilities

· Maintain and develop a portfolio of up to 300 retail accounts, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.

· Conduct in-person sales visits to grow market presence and onboard new retail partners.

· Meet monthly revenue targets through effective prospecting, relationship-building, and sales execution.

· Train retailers on product offerings, industry trends, and sales strategies to drive volume.

· Track sales activity, market trends, and competitive insights, providing regular updates to leadership.

· Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand market reach.

Qualifications

· 1+ years of outside sales experience (retail sales or specialty store experience preferred).

· Strong hunting mentality, with a focus on new business acquisition and retail account development.

· Ability to manage a high-volume, territory-based sales role with a structured, organized approach.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (role requires frequent local travel).

· Must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
