With decades of success, they are expanding their sales team and looking for a Strategic Sales Specialist to drive new business development and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
This is an in-office role based in Philadelphia/South Jersey, with up to 40% travel nationwide.
About the Role
As a Strategic Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and closing new business opportunities while managing complex, technical sales cycles. This is a hunter-focused role, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with engineers, technical decision-makers, and senior executives.

Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business.
· Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
· Build and maintain relationships with engineering and management teams at target companies.
· Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
· Attend trade shows and industry events to expand the company’s market presence.
· Travel up to 40% nationwide to meet with clients and develop business opportunities.
Qualifications
· 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in technical or consultative sales.
· Strong business development background, with experience in hunting for new business.
· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
· Ability to engage with engineers and technical decision-makers in a consultative sales process.
· Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage long sales cycles.
