About the Role

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving efficiency, optimizing sales processes, and providing data-driven insights that shape revenue strategy. Sitting within the Strategy Team, this position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with leadership to enhance sales technology, process automation, forecasting, and performance analytics to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

· Partner with leadership to implement go-to-market strategies, process improvements, and revenue-driving initiatives.

· Align sales operations with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Product.

· Manage and optimize Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, pipeline visibility, and process efficiency.

· Leverage sales enablement platforms such as Outreach and ZoomInfo to improve prospecting and deal execution.

· Own sales performance analytics, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

· Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and target-setting to ensure accurate sales projections.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a high-growth company.

· Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning complex data into actionable insights.

· Expertise in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau).

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across teams.

· Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
