Now, they are making a strategic move to establish a stronger U.S. presence by hiring their first U.S.-based sales associate.

They differentiate themselves by offering fully customized solutions, competitive lead times, and a hands-on, personalized approach, standing apart from large-scale overseas manufacturers.

About the Role

As the first U.S.-based Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business and expanding their presence in the U.S. market. This is a hunting-focused role, ideal for a self-sufficient, entrepreneurial salesperson looking to take ownership of a wide-open market. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Texas for logistical ease.

Responsibilities

· Identify and engage key clients across industries such as brands (Gatorade, Coca-Cola) and display brokers for retail and gas stations.

· Build long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

· Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.

· Attend trade shows, client visits, and factory visits as needed.

· Handle both smaller recurring deals and larger contracts.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of sales experience in metal fabrication, display solutions, or a related industry.

· Bilingual (English & Spanish)

· Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.

· Experience in business development with a focus on building new client relationships from the ground up.

· Comfortable working in a flexible, startup-style environment. Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-growth setting.

· Located in Texas.
