About the Role
The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving new business within the SMB market across the Washington D.C. area and surrounding regions. This is a hunter role focused on generating leads, closing deals, and developing lasting client relationships. The role includes both field-based and remote work, with one dedicated office day each week. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow with a dynamic company.
Responsibilities
· Identify and engage new business opportunities within the SMB market through self-sourced efforts.
· Manage a 1-3 month sales cycle, closing deals with decision-makers in person and virtually.
· Serve the Washington D.C. metro area, maintaining a balance of in-office work, local travel, and remote sales activity.
· Consistently meet monthly new logo targets through consultative selling and a strong outbound cadence.
· Cultivate long-term relationships with local business leaders to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including outbound prospecting and closing.
· 1+ years of experience selling to the SMB market.
· Must be based in the Washington D.C. area, with availability to be in the Rockville, MD office one day per week (Tuesdays).
· Proven hunter mentality – self-motivated, proactive, and focused on driving new business.
· Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
