About the Role

This position is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional with experience in plastics, foam, or a related industry, who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is comfortable with frequent travel to maintain and grow customer relationships.
Responsibilities
· Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts.

· Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including needs assessment, pricing, and collaboration with customer service.

· Travel regularly to meet with customers and strengthen client relationships.

· Experience working with both small business owners and corporate purchasing teams.

· Preference for candidates based in North Carolina due to proximity to the plant and customer visits.
