About the Role

As a Sales Manager in the hospitality division, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and fostering client relationships. This role emphasizes active selling of the client’s products and services, engaging prospects through innovative strategies, and representing the company at trade events. The position combines lead generation, direct sales, and collaborative efforts to expand market presence in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

· Actively sell products and services to new hospitality partners, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Initiate outreach to prospects through calls, emails, and other communication methods to build a strong sales pipeline.

· Represent the company at trade events and within industry organizations.

· Self-generate approximately 50% of sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling.

· Collaborate with internal teams for challenging renewals and client handovers to ensure seamless transitions.

· Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting through CRM tools.

· Provide feedback on client interactions to influence product development and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or corporate sales to hospitality partners.

· Proven track record in selling across multiple regions and organizations of varying sizes.

· Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Based in Canada, preference given to candidates located in Vancouver.
