About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing new business, and driving revenue growth. This is a hybrid role that requires both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution, working closely with customers to deliver customized solutions.

Responsibilities
· Lead business development efforts, identifying and securing new customers.
· Manage and grow existing accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet growth targets.
· Engage in direct sales activities, including cold outreach, in-person meetings, and client visits.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment.
· Track sales performance and maintain accurate reporting using the company’s internal system.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, equipment, or transportation sales.
· Proven ability to develop new business and manage key accounts.
· Strong consultative sales skills with experience in solution-based selling.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with travel for client visits.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
