Now, they’re searching for a dedicated Sales Lead to take this opportunity to the next level.
About the Role
This is a first-of-its-kind sales role, designed for a self-starter who thrives in the field. You’ll be building new relationships across a broad territory, selling a recurring-use product that customers depend on daily. Backed by a strong inside team, existing brand recognition, and robust operations, you’ll focus on hunting new business and owning the growth strategy in your region. Responsibilities
· Drive new business development across Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
· Sell into industries like biotech, food packaging, cold chain logistics, and industrial cleaning.
· Build and manage a pipeline of high-volume, recurring clients.
· Travel 75% of the time to meet prospects, tour facilities, and close deals (company vehicle provided).
· Lead outreach efforts, site visits, and client presentations.
· Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and customer support.
· Educate prospects on the operational and environmental value of the product.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of proven outside B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or high-usage consumables.
· Strong hunter mentality – proactive, driven, and resilient.
· Stable work history with 3+ years in each previous role.
· Experience selling to logistics teams, operations leaders, or facility managers is a plus.
· Familiarity with temperature-controlled supply chains or recurring delivery models is beneficial.
· Based in or near Southern Wisconsin or Northern Illinois, with comfort managing a large regional territory.
· Must be willing to travel frequently, four days per week in the field.
