About the Role:

Sales Executive with our client will get to sell exciting, innovative aquatic play products and solutions in a fast-paced environment. Days will be spent generating new business opportunities through prospecting, building relationships with the various decision-makers and influencers in the industry, and closing unique projects in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of experts headquartered in Montreal, Canada.

Responsibilities

· Drive the generation of new project sales of company solutions (Splashpads, Poolplay, Water Management System, etc.)

· Act as a technical and sales consultant to customers

· Assist customers in designing their unique water play solution

· Work with the inside sales team to produce accurate and timely product proposals

· Educate architects, landscape architects, aquatic designers, amusement park planners, and the customer technical representatives on company solutions

· Build relationships with municipal officials while navigating the complexities of government procurement

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of sales experience in recreational facilities, ideally aquatic play solutions or a related industry

· Successful track record of hunting net new business, a minimum of 70% in current role

· Located in California (ideally Southern California), with the ability to successfully work remotely
