About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in driving business growth by managing key client relationships and closing deals in the Northeast U.S. This fully remote position combines technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver impactful solutions to customers in industries like logistics, construction, and industrial safety. With extensive support from leadership and engineering teams, you’ll have the tools and autonomy to succeed.

Responsibilities

· Manage the entire sales process, with an average sales cycle of 2–3 months, up to 1 year.

· Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions using the company’s protective guarding systems.

· Travel approximately 65% of the time to engage with clients and provide on-site support.

· Work closely with engineering teams to address technical needs and ensure client satisfaction.

· Leverage provided leads, with minimal cold outreach required.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in safety or industrial industries.

· Familiarity with engineering drawings and facility blueprints; an engineering degree is a plus.

· Located in the Northeast U.S. (North Carolina, Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or New England).

· Proven success managing long sales cycles and achieving quotas

· Comfortable with extensive travel and building strong client relationships.
