Our client is an innovative digital forensics and eDiscovery company specializing in software to process, search, and filter email and other data.

About the Role

They are looking for individuals who are determined, focused, and results-driven. The ideal candidate will have prior success in value-selling in a resistant market with variable-length selling cycles. The primary objective of a manager will be to develop relationships and obtain new logos. RSMs are tasked with growing the sales of their products in the USA.

Responsibilities:

· Independently prospect and convert new logos to clients

· Become an expert on the product to be able to best advise prospects on which products will deliver the most value

· Define and execute account sales plans for your assigned geographic territory.

· Meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Develop and manage the sales pipeline

· Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system.

· Involvement in trade shows, presentations, and other key marketing activities

Qualifications

· 5+ years of software sales experience

· B2B sales experience, or proven success in new customer acquisition and retention

· Previous experience in selling software to the legal and law enforcement market
