With a reputation for consistency and long-term customer partnerships, they are expanding their field sales team to support aggressive growth targets in key regions across the U.S.

About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative is a territory-based, field sales role focused on driving new business and expanding customer relationships within a defined regional market. This is a hunter-style role geared toward candidates who enjoy autonomy, in-person relationship building, and delivering value to wholesalers. The position requires regular travel and is best suited for someone who is motivated, organized, and experienced in the distribution or trade channel space.

Responsibilities

· Build and grow a book of business focused on small-to-midsized wholesale accounts.

· Conduct in-person visits with service counter staff, purchasing agents, and buyers, developing strong customer relationships.

· Manage a 30-90 day sales cycle with a range of deal sizes.

· Travel regionally 60-65% of the time to service existing customers and develop new accounts.

· Maintain sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in CRM.

Qualifications

· 1+ years of outside sales experience; experience in plumbing, irrigation, or waterworks is highly preferred.

· Strong understanding of wholesale distribution and how to work with trade channel partners.

· Hunter mentality with a proven ability to generate and close new business.

· Based near a major airport in Florida.

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently.
