About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business and expanding the company’s footprint across Northern New Jersey, Long Island, Albany, and Rockland County. With a focus on developing relationships and closing deals, you’ll be responsible for a mix of lead generation (self-sourced and marketing-provided) and client-facing engagements. This expansion role is perfect for someone with a hunter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

· Build relationships with key stakeholders in industries like architecture, commercial property management, and design.

· Educate clients about the benefits of synthetic grass and sustainability solutions through presentations and tailored solutions.

· Leverage the company’s CRM (SingleOps) to manage pipelines and ensure smooth client communication

· Conduct client visits and presentations, with travel making up 40–50% of your time.

· Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

· 2–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment.

· Hunter mentality with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities

· Customer-facing roles or experience in landscape firms are a plus. Open to candidates from diverse professional backgrounds!

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to estimate and interpret plans, and a drive to succeed in sales.

· Must be based in New York or New Jersey, with access to an office in Lower Manhattan.
