About the Role

As the National Sales Representative, you’ll take the lead on building relationships with national and multi-location clients while helping franchisees succeed. Based in Springfield, this role combines new business development with sales support and mentorship. About 40% of your time will be spent selling to large accounts, while roughly 30% will focus on guiding franchisees and helping them convert leads in their territories. If you’re a strong communicator who can drive deals and coach others to do the same, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities

· Proactively build relationships with multi-location and national account prospects.

· Close deals ranging from individual units to large-scale multi-site opportunities.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to franchise owners to strengthen local sales efforts.

· Manage and support sales leads that fall outside of franchise territories.

· Represent the company at trade shows and national industry events.

· Collaborate closely with internal leadership to support national growth initiatives.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally working with multi-location clients.

· Previous experience in national account development, territory sales, or service-based industries.

· Proven ability to lead and influence others —formally or informally.

· Must be based in or near Springfield, Missouri, or willing to relocate.

· Self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Experience in scent marketing or a related industry is a bonus but not required.
