About the Role

As an Institutional Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in expanding the reach of the company’s Insured Deposit Account (IDA), a product that provides daily liquidity and up to $50 million in FDIC insurance. This is a fully remote position requiring a relationship-driven sales professional who can work independently to build and maintain a strong client base. If you’re a motivated sales expert with an entrepreneurial mindset, this role offers significant growth potential in an innovative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

· Develop new business opportunities by leveraging your existing network and generating leads independently.

· Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including Treasurers, Cash Managers, CEOs, and Presidents.

· Focus on industries such as timeshares, nonprofits, public funds, and commercial real estate.

· Provide consultative solutions, prioritizing the safety and security features of the company’s products.

· Comfortably manage large deals.

Qualifications

· 1+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

· Strong background in relationship-driven sales, ideally in financial services, commercial real estate, or nonprofits.

· Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing a fully remote sales process.

· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on trust and long-term client partnerships.
