About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries from customers who are seeking temporary fencing for events, construction sites, security, and other applications. You will work directly with potential customers to assess their needs, provide product information, and convert inquiries into sales. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers interested in renting or purchasing temporary fencing solutions.

· Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and determining whether they require short-term fencing for construction, events, security, or another purpose.

· Advise customers on the best temporary fencing options based on their specific needs (e.g., event fencing, crowd control, construction site barriers, etc.), offering details on pricing, product features, and availability.

· Work with customers to understand their unique challenges, offering tailored recommendations and solutions. Provide quotes and negotiate terms in line with company guidelines.

· Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring accurate details are captured for delivery and installation. Coordinate with operations to ensure timely fulfillment of fencing orders.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Experience selling over the phone, B2B.

· Preferred experience selling to a blue-collar/industrial/construction end user/customer.

· Relationship seller; builds rapport well.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain product offerings and answer customer questions.
