Their platform enables businesses to automate and optimize complex operational decisions, ranging from logistics and workforce scheduling to AI-driven strategic planning. With strong backing from top-tier investors and a growing customer base that includes leading tech-driven enterprises, they are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to build and lead their revenue team.

About the Role

The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, go-to-market execution, and enterprise sales strategy. This role is ideal for a player-coach sales leader who can own high-value deals while building and scaling a best-in-class sales organization.

This is a remote role, open to candidates across the U.S., with a preference for those in the Northeast. Occasional travel will be required for client meetings, industry conferences, and company retreats.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to drive growth in mid-market and enterprise segments.

· Own and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing high-value contracts.

· Drive new business acquisition, targeting technical buyers in data science, AI, and developer-driven organizations.

· Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team as the company scales.

· Establish and refine sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs to drive predictable revenue.

· Act as a trusted consultant, understanding customers’ complex decision-making needs and presenting tailored solutions.

· Identify new verticals and opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in decision intelligence and automation.

· Represent the company at industry conferences and events, driving thought leadership in the AI-driven decision-making space.

Qualifications

· 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Head of Sales, VP of Sales, or similar).

· Experience selling SaaS, PaaS, or developer-centric products to technical buyers, engineers, or data scientists.

· Strong ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing sales teams.

· Comfortable with long sales cycles, technical evaluations, and consultative selling.

· Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
