About the Role

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing client relationships. This role is highly focused on hunting new business, requiring a strong ability to land new logos and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, HR Tech, SaaS, or workforce solutions, along with a proven ability to engage and sell to HR leaders, hiring managers, and business owners.

Responsibilities

· Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the Washington, D.C. metro area.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on upselling and growing existing accounts.

· Manage full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and contract execution.

· Present, promote, and sell workforce solutions to HR leaders, hiring managers, and business owners.

· Travel extensively (>50%) to meet clients, attend industry events, and expand territory presence.

Qualifications

· 3-7 years of closing sales experience, preferably in HR Tech, SaaS, or workforce solutions.

· Outside sales experience in B2B environments.

· Experience selling technology solutions, with HCM or staffing solutions preferred.

· Experience selling into SMB or mid-market companies.

· Strong hunter mentality with a track record of landing new accounts and growing existing relationships.

· Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

· Located in the Washington, D.C. metro area (required).
