About the Role

The Georgia District Manager will establish, develop, and grow the Aquatics Service division in Atlanta and the surrounding market. Developing a strong and successful business model will require a strategic market analysis of existing commercial pool businesses.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage the service team to excellence in operations aligned with long-term business initiatives.

• Incorporate existing policies and procedures for daily operations.

• Create and manage the GA – budget and develop Georgia's business plan.

• Monitor and review the Company's project activities and ensure they are completed within the scheduled period and under budget.

• Create a harmonious working environment, mentor staff, and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.

• Recruit and implement training for field techs and office internal staff.

• Provide effective management to the organization's business activities, focusing on its strategic and financial growth.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in the aquatics/pool space or a related industry.

• Successful track record of hunting net new business, a minimum of 70% in current role.

• Track record of success meeting and/or exceeding annual quota for the past 2 years. (2022/2023 or 2023/2024).

• Located in respective territory (Athens to Buford, Georgia).
