About the Role
Looking for a visionary Director of Sales Development to lead and scale their team of SDRs and SDR Managers.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
· Lead and mentor SDRs and SDR Managers, fostering a culture of high performance.
· Drive operational excellence in workflows, processes, and KPIs.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing to align outreach strategies.
· Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and development for team growth.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience managing high performing SDR SaaS product teams.
· 5+ years of experience managing SDR Managers.
· Previous experience with performance management (coaching, hiring, firing, etc.).
· Located in Tampa.
· Must be comfortable with being in office 5 days a week.
