About the Role

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you’ll report directly to the CEO and play a vital role in driving the company’s expansion. This role is focused on achieving new revenue within the first year while leading and inspiring a high-performing team. You’ll design and execute data-driven strategies, optimize processes, and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to elevate the company’s presence in the teletherapy space.

Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor a team of 12+ sales and marketing professionals, fostering accountability and delivering consistent results.

· Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to improve conversion rates, enhance pipeline efficiency, and drive high-margin opportunities.

· Create impactful campaigns to boost brand visibility, foster trust, and drive client acquisition.

· Leverage CRM to monitor performance, analyze data insights, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.

· Partner with teams across the organization to align recruitment efforts, enhance client onboarding, and scale operations effectively.

· Contribute to the company’s overall strategy, ensuring operational excellence and sustained growth.

Qualifications

· Track record of driving significant revenue growth, achieving annual targets of $6 million or more.

· Skilled in managing and mentoring teams of 12+ members, fostering a high-performance culture.

· Demonstrated success in executing data-driven sales strategies, lead generation campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

· A self-starter who thrives in remote roles, driving success independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Remote role, candidates must be located in Canada.
