About the Role
This is a high-impact role for a seasoned advertising sales leader ready to drive significant revenue growth. As Director of Advertising Sales, you’ll own brand-direct and sponsorship partnerships, with a focus on educating enterprise clients on how to effectively reach the premium golf audience. You’ll join a smart, close-knit team that values speed, creativity, and accountability, reporting directly to the Co-CEO.
Responsibilities
· Build and grow long-term relationships with top-tier brands and advertisers.
· Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
· Shape and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
· Partner with marketing and operations teams to deliver flawless campaigns.
· Track pipeline activity and sales performance with CRM tools.
· Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications
· 7+ years of advertising sales experience, ideally in sports media, TV, or video.
· Proven success closing enterprise-level deals and building lasting client relationships.
· Expertise in brand-direct sponsorship and premium inventory sales.
· Strong existing network of brand-side contacts.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Comfortable with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fast-paced, early-stage environments.
