About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll join a dynamic team and focus on closing pre-set appointments with potential clients. With no cold calling or appointment setting required, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your deals and help businesses optimize their operational costs. This is a role for a motivated closer with a hunter mentality and a desire to excel in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
· Run 16 pre-set weekly appointments provided by the company and focus solely on closing.
· Build strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and continued cash flow improvements.
· Travel within the Texas region (50%) to meet with clients, with all expenses covered.
· Manage your leads effectively and deliver results without micromanagement.
Qualifications
· A driven and ambitious closer ready to seize opportunities.
· Proven experience in selling intangible products or related industries like car sales, finance tools, or insurance.
· Strong accountability in managing leads and sales processes independently.
· Comfortable with traveling regionally within Texas.
· Preference given to candidates in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio
