About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and expanding opportunities within country clubs, luxury resorts, and hospitality venues across the U.S. This role requires a hunter mentality and the ability to build relationships with high-level decision-makers such as General Managers, Facility Managers, and Architects. The ideal candidate will have a background in premium product sales, furniture, outdoor solutions, or luxury hospitality sales.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in Houston or other major airport hubs. Frequent travel (2-3 days per week) is required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting country clubs, high-end hospitality venues, and golf resorts.

· Identify high-value prospects, leveraging existing relationships and industry connections.

· Engage in networking and referrals to expand business opportunities.

· Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on large-scale deals.

· Manage all country club deals within the company’s CRM system (HubSpot).

· Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management to achieve revenue targets.

· Conduct product demonstrations and on-site consultations to showcase premium solutions.

· Travel across key markets (2-3 days per week) to meet clients and secure business.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of business development or full-cycle sales experience with a strong hunter sales mentality.

· Experience selling premium products or consultative solutions to country clubs, luxury resorts, or hospitality venues.

· Background in high-end furniture, outdoor solutions, or umbrellas is a strong plus.

· Ability to travel frequently and build relationships through in-person meetings.

· Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to consult clients on custom solutions and unique product features.

· Location: Houston preferred, but open to major airport hubs (TX, FL, SC, AZ, CA)
