About the Role

Our client is looking for a candidate to lead the charge in expanding their client base. This pivotal role is more than sales—it’s about driving innovation and forging successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively identify and target potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how Our client's solutions can help achieve their goals, and exceed your own.

· Cultivate customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals.

· Manage opportunities through the sales cycle and close new business to increase revenue.

· Ensure smooth transition of won customers to Customer Success.

· Maintain strong knowledge of new and existing product offerings, industry trends, new developments, and current competitive conditions within the marketplace.

· Leverage your curiosity about our products, industry, and the marketplace to build and maintain strong knowledge, enabling you to offer strategic insights and solutions to our customers

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales.

· Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably within the B2B, SaaS, HR Technology sector, ideally in pre-employment assessment, employee development, or disruptive technology.

· Experience selling to mid-market organizations (250-2500 employees); enterprise (2500+ employees) experience is a plus.

· Proven ability to build your pipeline by sourcing your opportunities.
