About the Role
They are seeking an Account Manager with insurance industry experience, particularly in P&C. The ideal candidate will know the policy lifecycle and the processing tasks required to support policy management. While this role is not in processing, familiarity with the processes is necessary to facilitate the work and manage the customer relationship. Excellent communication skills are essential. A CPCU designation is a plus, but not a requirement. This is an in-office position for the Knoxville, TN office.
Key Responsibilities
- Attending and participating in recurring review meetings.
- Hosting training sessions with client SMEs.
- Identifying opportunities for additional work.
- Visiting clients on-site according to the established quota.
- Understanding client concerns and communicating with all involved parties to resolve quickly and appropriately.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in BPO (business process outsourcing).
- 3+ years in P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance.
