About the Role

The Account Executive / Media Sales Representative is a remote, high-volume sales role focused on new business generation through outbound sales efforts. This is a fast-paced, transactional sales environment where success is driven by high call volume, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a hunter-style sales role, enjoys working independently, and has a strong track record in B2B or SMB sales.

Responsibilities

· Conduct 60+ calls per day to engage small-to-mid-sized businesses (SMBs) near universities.

· Develop relationships with university career centers, talent acquisition teams, and business leaders to drive sales.

· Navigate a short but intensive annual sales cycle, requiring multiple touchpoints to close deals.

· Consistently achieve monthly new business sales targets through proactive outreach and effective deal management.

· Maintain accurate sales records and refine outreach strategies for better conversion.

Qualifications

· 1+ years of outbound sales or business development experience (experience selling to SMBs preferred).

· Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to manage multiple markets and maintain a high-volume sales cadence.

· Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working remotely with limited supervision.
