About the Role

This remote Account Executive role is best suited for someone who thrives in a strategic, consultative sales environment, has experience selling into independent healthcare practices, and is ready to build something from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll take ownership of a nationwide territory, targeting decision-makers within oncology and specialty care practices.

This is not a transactional sales job, it’s a high-touch, longer sales cycle role where the ability to communicate value to C-suite stakeholders and build trust is essential.

Responsibilities

· Proactively generate and close new business with independent oncology practices across the U.S.

· Navigate and manage 3–9 month enterprise sales cycles, with deal sizes ranging from $150K to $3M+.

· Collaborate closely with the executive team to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel <50%).

· Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in Salesforce, using tools like Seamless.AI for lead generation.

· Participate in a collaborative sales process that includes role-playing and team-based interview stages.

Qualifications

· 3-5+ years of experience selling healthcare software or services (RCM, EHR, or related strongly preferred).

· Proven track record of exceeding quotas by closing complex, six-figure deals.

· Experience selling directly to C-suite executives in a healthcare setting.

· Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape, especially independent practices.

· Comfortable working remotely and traveling occasionally for client engagement and industry events.

· Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-trust environments with minimal structure.
