About the Role

They’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Austin-based team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be onsite 4 days a week, working closely with enterprise clients to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success with the platform. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, solving problems, and driving retention, all within a tech-forward, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

· Own post-sale relationships with mid-to-large sized clients across the Austin area and beyond.

· Guide new customer onboarding, product adoption, and platform utilization.

· Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for key accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

· Proactively address client needs, manage escalations, and provide insights for growth.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.

· Travel up to 25% outside of Austin to support clients in other regions.

Qualifications

· Based in Austin, Texas and able to work onsite 4 days per week.

· 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally servicing mid-to-large size clients.

· Experience in SaaS, tech, or IT staffing required.

· Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.

· Client-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
