About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Jet Broker to join a rapidly growing team. In this role, you’ll work remotely, focusing on business development and client relationship management in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. The ideal candidate brings at least 2–3 years of experience, a track record of proactive client generation, and a portfolio of $100K–$300K in existing business, with the drive to scale into the million-dollar range.

Responsibilities

· Source, develop, and manage a personal book of private aviation clients.

· Fulfill client flight needs with tailored charter solutions across a wide range of trip values.

· Maintain deep, long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach.

· Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, logistics, support) for seamless service delivery.

· Prioritize outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales over reactive inbound leads.

· Maintain accurate client records and trip details in the company CRM.

Qualifications

· 2-3+ years of experience as a private jet broker or in a related high-end sales role.

· Proven ability to generate new business without reliance on inbound leads.

· Existing book of business with a minimum of $100K+ in annual revenue.

· Self-motivated, competitive, and capable of working independently in a remote role.

· Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
