About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business while continuing to grow existing accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role with a focus on industrial and distributor clients. You’ll work closely with the internal team and leadership to support customers and build new opportunities within the packaging space.

Responsibilities

· Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.

· Grow and manage existing accounts.

· Develop account plans and track sales activity.

· Travel up to 25% to meet with customers and attend industry events.

· Align with internal teams to support client needs and manage project details.

· Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.

Qualifications

· Based in the Greater Chicago Area and able to work onsite as needed.

· 2-10 years of full-cycle sales experience in the packaging industry.

· Strong hunter mentality and experience closing net new business.

· Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Collaborative and team-oriented, comfortable working cross-functionally.
