They serve contractors, integrators, and OEMs with a comprehensive product portfolio and tailored solutions for mission-critical infrastructure. Operating in a high-growth environment, they are expanding their presence in the data center sector and seeking a senior leader to drive this initiative.

About the Role

The VP, Critical Markets is a high-impact leadership position responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the data center vertical. This is a player/coach role, requiring both hands-on sales execution and strategic leadership to develop new business opportunities and strengthen industry positioning. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the data center space, strong industry relationships, and the ability to develop and execute a scalable growth strategy.

Responsibilities

· Drive new customer acquisition and establish partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and mechanical contractors.

· Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for expansion in mission-critical environments.

· Strengthen the company’s presence through industry partnerships, events, and thought leadership.

· Own and execute sales initiatives that align with long-term commercial and industrial growth plans.

· Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in the data center market, with strong industry relationships.

· Expertise in building automation and HVAC systems, including OEM, system integrator, and contractor engagement.

· Proven ability to build and scale sales efforts in complex B2B environments.

· Strategic mindset with a track record of executing high-value sales initiatives.

· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial leader comfortable in a high-accountability environment.
