Our client has been a trusted provider of aftermarket parts solutions for forestry, mining, earthmoving, construction, and landscaping equipment since 1986. With a strategic location in Mississauga, Ontario, they offer fast shipping, efficient delivery, and convenient access for walk-in customers. As they continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow existing client relationships while proactively developing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong balance of account management and new business development to drive revenue growth.
This is an in-office position based in Mississauga, Ontario.
Responsibilities
· Manage inbound quote and order requests from existing customers, ensuring efficient and accurate fulfillment.
· Develop strong relationships with current clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
· Re-engage past and inactive customers to reintroduce them to product offerings and drive renewed business.
· Proactively identify and generate new customers, leveraging industry knowledge and targeted outreach efforts.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring seamless communication and service.
· Maintain and update customer information, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the equipment industry or related fields.
· Ability to quickly learn and understand industry trends, product offerings, and sales processes.
· Professional, trustworthy demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
· Enjoys both account management and new business development, with a strong motivation to drive sales.
· Confident and persistent, with no fear of hunting for new business and reaching out to potential customers.
