About the Role
The Senior Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for building and executing high-impact marketing strategies that attract, nurture, and convert mid-market and enterprise prospects. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM). You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, content, and product teams to develop integrated campaigns, refine targeting, and enhance marketing automation efforts.
Responsibilities
· Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to optimize targeting and pipeline growth.
· Lead multi-channel demand generation programs, leveraging ABM, digital advertising, and content marketing.
· Implement lead nurturing and scoring frameworks to improve sales conversion rates.
· Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, ensuring high-quality lead generation.
· Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, including case studies, reports, and thought leadership pieces.
· Manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and content syndication partners.
· Utilize data-driven attribution models to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
· Experiment with AI and automation tools to scale marketing efforts efficiently.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with a focus on scaling marketing strategies for enterprise and mid-market clients.
· Strong understanding of ABM frameworks, ICP targeting, and multi-touch lead nurturing strategies.
· Proven track record of driving revenue through demand generation programs.
· Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics to optimize campaign performance.
· Ability to collaborate across teams, aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.
