About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Sales and Customer Success Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team while driving operational growth and sustainability. Reporting to senior leadership, you will bridge the gap between strategic goals and daily execution, ensuring team synergy and delivering unparalleled customer experiences. This role emphasizes customer success (75%) while strategically advancing sales initiatives (25%).

Responsibilities

· Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering collaboration and aligning efforts with company goals.

· Build and implement frameworks for team development, operational sustainability, and growth.

· Assess and refine existing processes, driving improvements while maintaining operational strengths.

· Oversee inside sales operations, including CRM management, performance tracking, and team training programs.

· Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent and exceptional customer experiences.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in sales and customer success leadership roles, preferably within education or medical device industries.

· A strategic thinker with a track record of building and enhancing teams..

· Process-driven with the ability to adapt frameworks to existing strengths.

· Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and inside sales operations.

· Exceptional people leadership skills with a mission-driven mindset to inspire and drive teams.
