With in-house tooling capabilities, they design and maintain tooling, while also offering machine-in technical part design solutions to reduce costly tooling expenses.

About the Role

The SVP of Business Development oversees the creation and execution of growth strategies aimed at acquiring new customers through innovative go-to-market approaches, new product initiatives, and enhanced sales operations efficiency. This role focuses on customer acquisition and expanding market reach within targeted business segments, working closely with sales operations, marketing, and engineering teams to shape the go-to-market strategy and drive key customer development across the organization.

Responsibilities

· Drive market growth strategies to set and drive new business to achieve long-term objectives.

· Manage key initiatives and deals to support customer growth, including working cross-functionally between Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, etc. to drive new business.

· Actively support the Sales teams in deal execution, develop strategic partnerships, and/or new product development while driving the sales strategy.

· Negotiate and execute contracts with a thorough understanding of pricing, upside, and managing risk.

· Create a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment with cross-functional partners to provide the best possible customer experience.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· 10 years of progressively increasing sales management and client relationship experience, including leading sales teams

· 5 years in a VP sales/business development leadership position with a proven track record of significant growth achievement

· Travel as required up to 25%
