About the Role
The Regional Client Coordinator is a dynamic, multi-functional position that involves elements of marketing, sales, communication, administrative, and customer service roles. This position will involve maintaining existing client relationships, coordinating local public awareness efforts, facilitating industry events, identifying opportunities to serve the client's needs post-sale, and facilitating internal communication efforts with sales, marketing, performance assurance, and management. The Regional Client Coordinator will report to, and work directly with, the Regional Sales Director, also serving as a functional support for the Regional Director and general Sales Operations.
Responsibilities:
· Build up client relationships by staying engaged with the client
· Frequent travel to client sites to: present project updates, put on public awareness events, and meetings to help new client administrators understand our business
· Support management needs. Plan sales and regional team meetings throughout the year
· Help source and train college candidates and interns
· Assist with RFPs/RFQs as needed by keeping case studies recent
· Provide CRM administrative support to keep client information up to date
· Prepare client-facing presentations
· Help coordinate team collaboration processes
· Ensure client-facing deliverables are current
· Attend and build up conference and tradeshow presence
· Advance client and company exposure by assisting the marketing team with various planning, documents, and support needs Exhibit strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Build and maintain customer relationships to develop a loyal customer base.
· Handle stress effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
· Experience working in sales, sales support, or client-facing roles
· 4-year college/university degree.
· Preferred degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications or related areas
· Demonstrated leadership in previous organizations.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-motivated and builds rapport with others easily.
· Demonstrate the ability to manage relationships, identify and solve problems, and drive exceptional results
