About the Job Role:
Reporting to the EVP Corporate candidate will coordinate revenue operations efforts to support client growth and revenue targets.
· Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for all revenue-related activities.
· Assist in refining and documenting revenue processes to improve efficiency and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
· Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
· Work closely with the sales team to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting processes.
· Assist in the administration and optimization of revenue-related tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
· Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and strategies.
· Support the execution of revenue operations initiatives and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication across teams.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the effectiveness of revenue operations.
· Support Business Development objectives by executing outbound sales tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with +2 years of professional experience in sales and project administration
· Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and other revenue-related tools.
· Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
· Familiarity with sales and marketing processes within a SaaS company.
