About the Role

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to develop and lead the B2B Enterprise Hardware sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Refurbished IT Hardware sales, a deep understanding of the Server and or Workstation market, and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to drive sales of Refurbished Enterprise hardware products.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Managed Server Providers/small to medium-sized businesses and data centers.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

· Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and support.

· Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Strong background in Refurbished IT Hardware sales or a related industry.

· Successful track record of driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

· Track record of success meeting and/or exceeding annual quota for the last 2 years.

· Located in the Midwest, preferred, but remote with the ability to come to Michigan.
