About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to sell innovative solutions to new clients. They are specifically looking for sales professionals with experience in video surveillance, security, or related industries.

Responsibilities

· Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the designated territory through a proactive, hunter-focused sales strategy.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, including businesses, security integrators, and commercial security clients.

· Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to communicate the value client's offerings.

· Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to tailor solutions to customer needs and market demands.

· Track and report on key metrics such as sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer feedback.

· Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the video surveillance space.

· Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build a robust network and stay informed of market changes.

· Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of outside sales experience.

· Proven track record of success in a hunting sales role with a focus on new business development.

· Strong understanding of video surveillance systems, products, and solutions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-starter mentality with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.

· Ability to travel within the territory as needed.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
