About the Role
The candidate will provide project and personnel leadership in a variety of locations throughout the US and Internationally on multiple consulting projects. The Senior Sales Executive is instrumental in the success of client delivery and presentation, account management, and client satisfaction, as well as internal business development and company growth. The Senior Sales Executive assumes accountability for delivering requirements of the agreed upon SOW, identifying future business development opportunities with prospective and current clients, developing trusted advisor relationships with current clients, and supporting Supply Chain Practice growth through active participation in strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for overall project leadership, project management, and technical expertise on project teams, including labor management software implementations, time and motion studies, work measurement, cost-benefit analysis, and process re-engineering activities.
· Responsible for understanding a project’s deliverables and statement of work and for articulating those details to the project team. Responsible for completing the project to our client’s satisfaction and meeting project metrics, on time and within budget.
· Provides Account Management for existing client projects through establishing trusted advisor relationships, proactively identifying additional business opportunities, and developing of project proposals and presentations.
· Actively contributes to business development contributions outside of core client delivery focus and participates in internal strategic initiatives.
· Presents deliverables to clients and provides change management expertise in the implementation of solutions.
· Develop and manage the project budget and project timelines in accordance with the Project Manager Playbook (PMP). Identifies and mitigates engagement risks.
· Ability to quickly understand several client industries and environments, and ability to create strategies and implementation plans that align with client and project goals.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Must reside in the USA.
· Must have 2+ years of consulting experience (Supply Chain 1, Manufacturing 2, Retail 3).
· Must be open to travel (20-80%).
· Must have experience closing new logos & a history of managing those clients through the implementation/project phase.
· Candidate should have 7+ years of Supply Chain experience.
